I tried your tutorial, but when I get to the PHI builder part, I'm not quite sure how to arrange the parts in the hierarchy. I basically have Middle, Right and Left. I tried doing it like this:

1. Middle
   2 Right
   2 Left

But the shoulder pads moved as if they were stuck to the upper shoulder pad part (which I have included with Middle)
I want the Right and Left shoulder pads to move up and down when the figure moves her arms up or down, but independently of the middle part (kind of hinged under the middle part)
