Here are the rules; these are the rules until we need other rules to validate our suspension of prior rules or the adding of further rules which may or may not be congruent with the previous rule or sets thereof. Should further new rules be deemed necessary, it is our rule that you may or may not be notified of said new rules until such time as you are in violation of them, at which point further rules may be enacted in order to facilitate the furhter enforement of the previously created rules. Y'know, at least monarchies and dictatorships are honest about who calls the shots. People should never be made to feel they have a say in things when in fact, they really don't.
