But, IMO, if you're excited about something, such as new kittens, and want your friends to see the announcement, you post where you see your friends everyday. For most people, that's the Poser forum. Likewise if you had a sad announcement and will be gone for a while...you post where you usually hang out. Same with items of importance like virus warnings and security leaks. Post elsewhere and most of the people you want to see it might not see it. That's how I see it anyway.
