Looking at the image I feel like I'm this person's dive partner. 1 Kapoho -- For the same reason I like AgentSmith's the atmosphere and lighting made me feel like I was really in an underwater cave looking out. Given realism as the PRIMARY consideration, first and second place were a sinch. It was picking a third that was the hardest. So here are the runners up that in my opinion were all tied with Kapoho.
