As a first render, that is -very- nice! Now to be eeeeeeeevil....... >:) Not really. The main thing that catches my eye is the issue that most CG art tends to have; it's a tad too sterile. Scour the freebies here and at RDNA, PoserPros, and search for 'scatters', 'birds', 'Trout', and take a look in the marketplace for the name 'forester'. Scatters is a term for things like leaves, insects, fireflies (basically small, barely noticeable things that you bloody well notice when they -aren't- there). There are a few simple .obj bird props in the Poser freebies (not meant for close up, but to place in the sky for distance effects and flocks). Trout should provide a link to a Japanese site where the site owner has made some Poser ready and .obj static fish and insect meshes. Forester has done some incredible obj add-ons regarding rain, waves, splashes and small waterfalls. Scaling them down can produce some nice little pond splashes where a fish has just caught an insect. What -I- would do is place a butterfly in the lower left, among the reeds or at the rock, Some of the static 'at roost' bird meshes on the roof of the pavilion, where birds would naturally be, and perhaps one or two in flight in the distance; just specks, but recognizable specks. And if it didn't make things to busy, one of forester's splashes between the 1st and 2nd tree to the right of the pavilion, and about a third of the way back from the border of the pond. And perhaps just a peek of one of Trout's fish, as if the photographer caught it a heartheat after a leap. One of the rules is not to make a scene too 'busy', and obey golden triangles and what not, and they are useful. But in outdoor scenery, you have to keep in mind how the human organism reacts. The eye is drawn to a spot of color or apparent movement. And that is always present in nature, even in the dead of winter. Using that trick is how you make a scene look 'alive' to the mind. Once the mind assesses no threat, then the attractor drops out into the background again. If you have Poser, then hop over to RDNA and search their marketplace for 'scatters'. Those can give you a lot of help in filling the voids.
