Looks great! Looks like you have the Total Textures cd's, isn't it? Maybe some weed and graffitti would enhance the overall atmosphere. But it is a great non-Raydream or Carrara-looking image! Is this rendered in RayDream? Imagine how it would look in C3! For the brick sizing there are great options in Shader Ops from Digital Carvers Guild, everybody says. (I am going to buy them myself and make a 'hood scene myself after seeing this!) Keep up the good work!
