See- here's our dilemma... It's the same problem we faced when deciding the spec for the Poser 5 default figures. On the one hand, we know that we can create a far superior model than any currently on the market but it needs to be a radically different design and setup than the previous versions. That would please people greatly. However, as freyfaxi pointed out - many people have invested in the previous models and want to protect their investment. With the Poser 5 figures, we tried to go halfway. We created the mesh and joints in a way that would function better than what was available but made them compatible with the Millennium figures joints (to a point...) and made the UV's compatible with them as well so Michael and Victoria textures could be used on them. All of this was more work than I feel it was worth. My gut instinct is to create all new figures that work as perfectly as possible and people will just have to buy new textures or adapt their own to suit our models. This way, we don't have to compromise our quality for the sake of being backwards compatible. Also, considering the fact that you have all been very vocal about the horse, I will move it up the list.
