The package includes two babies, sleeper, diaper, bottle, pacifier, textures, mat poses, animated and still poses, and expressions. Tons of morphs (but no fairy ears) AND you can pose the toes separately. So far I'm having a blast with mine. They pose very nicely and the facial morphs and expressions are more realistic.
