what do you mean by "animation quality" ?? the quality of your animation depends on your skill as an animator. the animation tools are indentical in both the Mac an PC versions of poser5 and franky have not really changed since Metacreations(Meta Who??) poser4. rendering speed etc. will vary according to system specs.
