Thanks for that tip, Foxx! I got exactly the same problem (hanging with "loading textures" displayed) with a light set I got with a product that I bought which had been developed with P4/PP. I found after much experimentation I could get it to work if I loaded things in a specific order, but it became a hassle trying to remember to do that (and anyway, I like to add lights towards the end of a project so I can do lots of quick renders to check everything is in the right place and textures applied properly etc.) I'll forward your tip the the product manufacturer..
