Dunno about Lindows... It's a great way to introduce someone to Linux if they're computer not-so-literate, but if you've any *ix experience, skip the pretty GUI-based critter and go for the real thing (evil grin). I've run Poser under RedHat (8.0, 9.0) with no problems, as well as SuSE 8.0, but Win4Lin has working kernel modules for those distros. They do have a custom kernel module you can compile into whatever Lindows is using if you can handle it. Cath - It is and it isn't legal, depending on which court does what... but all the sturm und drang is over the name "Lindows" itself, not the software. Incidentally, you can buy Lindows-based computers at walmart.com for roughly $300 US, or the same hardware with XP on it for $100 US more. /P
