The Logice Method: ------------------ Open template create new layer and make the head area a flesh tone make a layer via copy and add noise to it Gaussian blur it until you have peaks and valleys instead of noise Adjust layer opacity until it's lovely Merge down apply plastic wrap (experiment here) and damned it its not skin.
