The body of the dress seems to share the same UV mapping. The upper chest and sleeves are different. Some adjusting on the texture map to fit can be accomplished. Depending on your viewpoint, $1.99 isn't too much to spend to do a little work (or your viewpoint can be justified as if you spend money, you shouldn't have to adjust it, mine just happens to be the former rather than the latter).
