Phil Foss had the RSRConverter in Utilities a while back, but I don't see it there now. With it, you could export an image from Poser, as a .pict, and then resize it to 91x91. The converter takes it and makes an rsr file with it. It's excellent for good, clear images in your library. He allows it to be freely distributed, so that's not a problem. Just let me know if you need it. =)
