SAMS3D is right (waves) Homes without pictures on the walls are sorta dull and lifeless, no matter how cool the furniture is. I'd suggest a few pieces scattered about, some magazines or books on the table, a remote stuffed between the cushions on the couch. If it was my home, I'd have to add a glass here and there, still with stuff in it, lol....
