A very light grey noise map can also be used as a bump map - fill the texture with a light grey, add a noise filter and whalla: instant bumpmap. It will require some tinkering to look right - for one thing the head and the body texture are different size ratios so a bumpmap that looks good on the body will look way too coarse on the head. But it's good as a starting point. Nice texture btw, I like the eyebrows :o)
