here you can see the setting of the skin, velvet and noise, it is great to get the soft look skin.. and it work great with a little light.. if you put a little more light bellow him you get so effect as in the image above message 4. without making any textures.. and because this is cartoon everything is allowed :)) change only the color for the mouth, the teeth was without noise only velvet node.
