I liked where your waterfall was positioned in the first version better ... it was easier to see the source of the falls. In the second version the falls just seem to spring right out of the hillside. The center background mountain has a weird texture thing happening .... did you do a plop render or something?? Hard to tell if the sheep/rocks are the proper size as compared to the trees in the midground, and honesly, I don't think they add anything to the image. They're very dark in comparison to the surrounding landscape. Your foreground rock and lichens are perfect. Love them. And I like the second sky better ... it's more dramatic.
