I would also like to point out that Flash banners are -bad news- for anyone with a seizure condition, and some of the ads seen have been skating awfully close to a strobing rate that =can= trigger the condition (and that is speaking from personal experience, thank you). Renderosity might be wise to place a warning on the front page as to the existance of the Flash banners. It -would- earn them a 'harzardous' rating in the epilepsy community, but the fall out from that would be minimal compared to someone's seizure condition being triggered, and injuries resulting.
