The biggest thing about poser? it's case sensitive.... the funny thing about windows? it doesn't like directory names in all caps... the solution? Get Cr2Editor from free stuff... and modify the directory names so they match what the directories are... Get to know and love Cr2Editor.. it's possibly your best Poser friend...
