http://sean.sevspace.com but to do it so as to get more than one colour for the lineart in different area and by using channels I would make the new channel for the lineart, load the selection but instead of filling it with a solid colour, then use the resulting marching ant selections and the paintbrush tool to paint in the required colours in the various areas - easy!
