Subject: Has anyone bought the SUV from DAZ and tried it in Vue?

In reallity it's very easy to handle. Lets say you have an imported figure or object. In the world Browser click the little "+" sign in front of it. This opens all the details.

Now click to open the MATERIAL SUMMARY (or type F6).

Select one of the materials and watch in the world browser. The part of your figure(object) that is affected by this material will be highlighted. So, no error possible. Just change the material, texture, highlight or whatever for ONLY this component.

You always should import your figures (objects) as Pz3 from Poser, never as OBJ, if you want to keep all the textures correctly placed. What may happen is, that you only get "body" (or the name of the figure, here "Mike") without details in the world browser. In this case, double-click the name, This opens a new window called "Polygon Mesh Option". In there, click SPLIT and you will then get all the detailed components of it. See image 2

Then use the material summaruy as shown above.
