As far as I know, all graphics cards work equally well (or equally poorly) with Poser 5. No noteworthy compatibility issues, unlike DAZ|Studio. Until Curious Labs adds hardware acceleration to Poser's feature set somewhere down the road, you won't see any performance benefits by investing in the latest, most expensive 3D card. So unless you plan to use other 3D software on this computer, there's no need to spend a fortune on the card. Any midrange product from ATI or Nvidia with enough video memory to support your highest desired screen resolution should be sufficient.
