I am uncertain if posting such an image is a violation of the TOS, however, I suppost that you do have a 'right' to post the image. I would keep in mind though that 'rights' tend to have 'responsibilities' attached to them, and sometimes risks. You may make a well taken point, but you may also insult someone who is visiting this sight. What they may have to say to others about Renderosity may not be very nice and may cause future problems.
