Outside of using the perspective transform tool, there may be some plugins that can help. i know that "HumanSoftware" makes a plugin that fixes "distortions" from digital cameras...

i did a quick "transform" to give you an idea what "perspective" can do... (i usually do it in reverse of what you're asking, like making something into a billboard on a wall or something...)
