I hope I get corrected if I'm wrong, but I think the point that was trying to be made was that any website that hosts images posted by 3rd parties has a duty to ensure the images they are displaying on that persons behalf do not breach copyright. No 'real' gallery that you walk into from the street would permit such copyrighted images, so why should an internet gallery be any different?!? (",)
