Sometimes there's an unopened package on ebay. Take your chances there of course. I've been buying occasionally on ebay for years and running about a 600 batting average (that means 40 percent of the stuff I bought was no good). But when it comes to software, if they say its unopened in the package, its probably ok. Make sure its not academic (unless you want that). Or, just avoid the fraud trap all together. LOL.
