I did try that but it seems brutally difficult with the hundreds of splines. Surely there has to be an easier way. One thing I'm playing with now which seems to get close is to use the rotoscope from the front, add a 15x15 or 20x20 grid, pull the splines to conform the grid to a face shape and use the magnet tool to pull out the nose, lips and brow. Then use a left rotoscope to stretch across the skull and connect loose splines from there. It's okay, but doesn't look as good as the original photo by any means. I really wish Hash would do a Creature Creator-type tool or stock their CD with poser-like realistic humanoids.
