US has great tech support, it's all transfered overseas to people who read scripts and cut-n-paste answers. ...sorry PheonixRising, but being a layed-off tech support myself (who's job went overseas) I couldn't resist dropping my 2cents.. (not just my paste employer but Dell, PC-cillin, and....)
