I suspect you are suffering because you use Poser 5, which doesn't work well with partial MAT files, those that change only some of the settings. You may need to change the textures by hand, then use use Mat Pose Edit 3 to create new, Poser 5-friendly, MAT files.
About the courtesy to send the CR2's, could you send me the 2 wings with all the 4 MATs (MAT_UW_Eagle, MAT_UW_W Eagle, MAT_UW_White and MAT_UW_NoBump?
