Ditto Xantor. Poser really dislikes DXF. Use Crossroads or some other modeling program to convert the DXF to OBJ first. There's no solid limit to frames. In Poser 5, just get to Render Options (Ctrl-Y) and set the frame count in the lower right blank as shown. Trouble is, the animation controller (frame slider) won't go beyond 999, so it's not a good idea anyway. You'll find your work is easier to handle if you divide the animation and the WAV into shorter chunks, say 200-300 frames, and give each its own PZ3 file.
