From An ID Number For Each Post, Image, And Article To A Cookie That Identifies Each Person When Signing On. Not To Mention If The Cookie Is Removed You Have To Log In. Perhaps Some Are Stupid Enough To Believe That Tim Could Not Tell Which Moderator Was At Fault Because There Is No "Accountability" Designed In, But Look Around At The Evidence. Pure Crap.
