Well, I like the second one much more than the first. The only thing that I don't care for is the angle of the laser thingie. I like that it's tilted and not square to the world, but I think it could be a little less extreme. And I agree about the trees too, especially the foreground one. The background aren't as noticable. Other than that? This is way cool! Looks like a book illustration or something. I'm wondering tho'...as small as the water area is, would there be waves crashing on the shore of the island? And, if it is, shouldn't there be some on the rest of the shoreline? Artistic license is a good answer if you want! :o)
