hi dear, there is a big circle on the outside of the figure click then use ur mouse to drag, another way is to goto top menu and goto figure then to use inverse kinematics "known as IK chains". there should be check marks for right and left leg, click them both so there's no check marks beside right and left leg. Once their off then you can click on the hip and move as u wish. :D if u want later u can put back IK chains with the same method as above. I hope this helps some... Seraphira
