I think the tower is tilted too far, too. Something that important would have been built much sturdier. I think you have a conflict of scale going on. Based on the trees in the foreground, the water area looks too small to have those waves and the mountains look more like hills. Based on the size of the mountains, the trees in the foreground look too big.
