Thought I'd add a little detail to Jackson's good advice, in case you aren't familiar with terms mentioned: 1. Window / Hierarchy Editor - click on items to hide them. 2. Switch "Display/Document Style" from "Texture-Shaded" to "Smooth-Shaded". Then if you really want to see texture on one or two figures, select each one, and do "Display/Figure Style/Texture-Shaded" to force it to override the document setting. 3. Display / Tracking / Fast-Tracking. 4. Add more RAM to your computer. It is possible that Windows is shuffling Poser data in-and-out of virtual memory, which would definitely cause extreme jerkiness.
