There are a great many local photo shops these days that are switching to digital printing. Some use the Epson 9600, others use the Encad products. It would be worth your time to call around and find a hole in the wall shop and see what the owner has to say about your printing needs. My sister and I found a good local shop that got a great deal of personalized attention for a reasonable price. And if you activate the archives button and scroll down you'll see several folks here who either have their own printing or are willing to comment on sevices they have used. If you have a lot to print, you might want to look into getting a smaller wide format printer. I'm very happy so far with the Epson 2200 for most things. Its terrible on lightning shots, but everything else seems to be ok.
