It can convert almost all clothing to fit just about any figure, but most clothing needs to be "reshaped" to fit the figure you're converting it to, some video tutorials are included with the program's zip file to show you how to do this within Clothes Converter. Converting Vicki2 & 3 clothing to the millenium girls will require abit of work reshaping the clothing to fit well. However, if the clothing you're trying to convert has bones in it that aren't in the target figure (like body handles), these "extra" bones won't be converted with the rest of the clothing. So far, I am very happy with the program, and had very little trouble getting most clothing to fit other figures. It's a good purchase if you don't mind spending some time to get a perfect fit.
