I think the best bet is to simply replace certain individuals with others who CAN stand the heat and handle the job without becoming personally offensive. A great 3D artist does not necessarily make for a good administrator. On a personal note, I no longer feel comfortable coming here, and am profoundly distressed by how I've seen the moderators and admin behave, regardless of how badly they are getting attatcked.
