hmm.. i disagree with Mason. :) i think that you can do people-look-alike using Poser. just take a look at RnRWoman's gallery. but it does take time and effort. if you want her to look the same,the right morph isn't enough. you'll need a texture that looks like her skin and lighting to compliemnt it. you might have to do some postwork as well.
