in UVmapper I welded all vertices - to give a clean slate ;) selected by material the window and put that to one side.. the selected the sphere hull, (right click select by geometery), and again, moved that to one side. I selected what was left and split the vertices by region. leaving the hull and the window smooth.. (also in this image I went over the ball hull again and fixed some of the smoothing errors - mostly by selecting by UV region to get the ball and not the raised parts - the raised parts I then split vertices by region) I can email the OBJ to be posted up if you want?
