You simply unzip it to somewhere (I put mine on my desktop) Using folder names. Inside there's an .exe. You just run that :o) The characters can be saved as 3DS files (and DXF) and both can be imported into Poser where you can then bone them and texture them. I'm not sure if they're UVMapped though... But you can import them and export them as obj, then UVMap that. I'd recommend making it an obj in any case :o)
