Evidently there have been a couple of versions, and the earlier download was the wrong one. You can tell by the date/time stamp on the EXE file that is inside the ZIP. The current download is dated 03/16/2004 10:01 AM the earlier one today had a date stamp 03/04/2004 and was apparently the wrong file.
