Okay, I installed it, and it seems to work. Version number updated correctly. However, it still tries to connect to the Internet. :-P But I have shadows! Yay! And there was much rejoicing! Speed of moving around the library and such is still good. However, loading Poser seems slower, as does opening up files. With SR4, the first time you opened Poser, it was kind of slow, but subsequent times, it was really fast. That speedup for subsequent times seems to be gone now. Only been playing with it a little while (obviously), but stability doesn't seem very good. Locked up doing a render with the P4 renderer that used to be a piece of cake. Oh, well. I have shadows. At last.
