Popular 3D site like Renderosity may be Studio Momo. About 10,000 people visit daily. They have (time limited) Gallery including Poser. But no Poser forum. They dont sell objects. No free objects. It is more like CGTalk. Probably Poser is minority in Japanese 3D world as you can easily understand.
