I do a lot of multiple figure renders but I've never come close to getting that number of Vicky3s into a scene. I usually use one or two who will be the focal characters and use Vicky2s for the rest. Best so far for me is one image with one Vicky3, one Freak, and 9 Mike2s. (see link) Compositing is one good solution. You could also consider rendering as many as you can and then loading that render back into poser as a background image. You can get good results like this so long as you don't change your camera or lights.
