You might be able to get the dress to look right by using a combination of the "sit," "step," and "kneel" morphs. (See link.) A little poke-through can be fixed by turning body parts invisible or some postwork.

Otherwise, try using magnets to pull the skirt into the shape you want. (Dr. Geep's tutorials are a lot more helpful than the P5 manual.)

As for the wings...I don't think they are conforming. So the best way to attach them is to load them before you have posed Vicky. They should come in at approximately the right place then. If you want them a little higher or lower, move them with the dials. Then parent them to Vicky's chest. Then you can pose her and the wings should go with her.
