Sorry to hear about Winston, hope that gets better, and I'll send alot of magic your way on the other two kitties as well...you will need it, being a care giver to pets is as taxing as being a care giver to humans....thank you for taking them in, you sound like me, taking on the less fortunate in the animal community, may the goddess bless you in your work...=)

Spend lots of time on the kittens and write it up as a tax-break!

Lol Bryster. Will miss you around here Ricky.... but we will see you around here again when you get the kitties fixed up and settled in. It is nice to know you have such a heart for animals.... we have a cat that got run over and ended up with a punctured lung among other more minor injuries. He had kind of adopted us and when this happened he made his way painfully up to our window. We took him to the pet hospital and he is in excellent health now and very loyal. Cost a pretty penny to get him fixed up; but it was worth it. My hat's off to you Ricky. 8)

Hope the cats do well, especially WInston, as I too had a cat with one eye. He lived to see his 21st birthday, so hope WInston does as well. My cats are always rescued cats, of the latest two one was thrown out to fend for himself at less than 5 weeks old, and the other was rescued from a roof in a park in Central London so it is lovely to know another who looks after lifes strays! Best wishes

Keeping my paws crossed that they all do well.

For one thing, it's tax season and I'm buried under work. However, Winston (oldest boy cat) is very sick (infection in his empty eye socket), had to have surgery and is requiring a lot of post-op care. And then, I'm taking on two new kitties ... one who had a botched operation done in Mexico (the "doctor" there nearly killed her and she was brought back up here to be euthanized), and a boy who was hit by a car (also brought in to be euthanized) and who has severe brain damage. (He can't walk ... but we'll see if some physical therapy can't solve that problem.) So, the graphics and the forums are low priority right now, but I wanted you all to know I'm going to miss you all something fierce.
Could be worse, could be raining.
