I've seen alot worse comments here than "out of grade school"; I've seen juvenile insults and hostility to newbies that have gotten various people banned or warned over the years. So there's no profit in attacking this lady for griping about the freestuff. I agree it's wrong to look a gift horse in the mouth, so a word behind the scenes to the freestuff mods would work much better than posting it here for self-righteous people to react against. I would suggest that you guys forgive her for appearing tactless, and don't err on the side of enmity yourselves.
