I'm well aware of how effective a loss-leader marketing policy can be - and so I'm sure are the various groups (including DAZ) that have benefitted from such techniques to the detriment of my wallet ;) I'm glad you're happy that the positive results of this will be to your benefit by more than the negative aspects will affect DAZ, but really wish that "clear communication" could have been part of the original plan :) Cliff
